Ploughman's Retreat - Stunning Vintage Hut

Our unique hut, lovingly restored by ourselves, gives Ploughman’s Retreat its own character with vintage and antique furnishings. Make your glamping stay extra special with our wood-fired hot tub, available to book for £50 per stay, including wood, fire-lighting equipment, along with cosy robes and towels for your comfort (must be booked in advance). Ideal for couples looking for a romantic stay, nestled into the hillside with countryside views, a firepit, and a cosy spot to watch the sunset. The space Our Ploughman's Retreat offers luxury accommodation for 2. There's a handmade kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with a great shower and flushing toilet. We provide a welcome pack of locally made toiletries. The kitchen area has an electric hob, fridge, Dualit kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Cooking utensils along with all plates, cutlery, mugs are all supplied. The living area has a cosy woodstove, table and chairs with a plentiful supply of free logs. There's even back-up electric heating! Outside is a log store, table and chairs and an excellent firepit that can be used to barbeque too! Guest access Guests can pre-order a breakfast hamper. There's access to our farm to see the sheep and horses or just enjoy our views! Parking is next to the hut. Other things to note One dog is welcome but must be arranged with Wendy before arrival.
