Located at the entrance of Ségou not far from the banks of the Niger, our warm little African village offers a lively, comfortable, combining traditional and modern architectural elements. Ideal for a weekend or a quiet stay for a couple or a family with a maximum of two children. The space The central building has a large ventilated living/dining room, with en-suite bathroom (WC, shower & water heater), a fully equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned bedroom (double bed with mosquito net). On the other side of the garden is a spacious independent bungalow with all amenities (air conditioning and ventilation, WC/shower, TV, small fridge, 2 seater bed with mosquito net). A third small ventilated box offers a desk and a bunk bed. You can also enjoy the garden, its hut and other relaxation areas. Guest access Entire accommodation is available. A guard lodges on site. 2 dogs also secure the ground. Other things to note From the house you can walk to the tar and the district of Ségou Coura where you will find some shops. The city center of Ségou is about 2 km away. You can stock up on vegetables, fruits, and other fresh produce at the various markets in the city on a daily basis. Ségou has several high standard restaurants offering African and European quality dishes. The city is famous for its bogolans and pottery. We can recommend workshops. We can also at your request advise you on excursions to do in the town of Ségou and around. The house was built between 2008 and 2009. We put a lot of love and energy into the architecture, decoration, and design. We trust you to take care of furniture and equipment as we would at home.
