VILLA JADE SEA AND RELAX

We rent, location 'WHITE-SYRACUSE FOUNTAINS, a nice holiday home, furnished with all amenities. The house is a five minute walk from one of the sandy beaches most 'beautiful in our area. The house consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms (both air conditioned), bathroom and large verandas, ideal for up to 4 people. All windows have mosquito nets. The house is complete with dishes, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes horse, outdoor barbecue and fans. We provide, if required, bed linen and towels. The catchment charges (water, gas and electricity) are included in the price, only for the use of air conditioners, "if excessive", the electricity will be counted by the unit counter of 0.32 € / unit cost. Moreover, despite the proximity to the sea and to all amenities such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco, medical, pharmacy, supermarket and more, it is located on a street that provides privacy and shelter from traffic noise. About 100 mt. there is the stop of the train to Syracuse and Avola / Noto. Our guests can now choose to enjoy a holiday of extreme relaxation sun / sea, or visit the most famous and beautiful places in eastern Sicily including Syracuse, Vendicari, Portopalo, Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi, etc ... (Motorway in the immediate vicinity).
