The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished and is composed as follows: The entrance door is located on the ground floor and a staircase leads to the various spaces located on one level. The brand new kitchen has a spectacular view of the Gran Sasso, complete with everything you need and also equipped with a TV, sofa, table and pellet stove. The very spacious rooms each have a double bed, a single bed, a large wardrobe, TV and everything that can be used for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is adjacent to the sea side room and is complete with hairdryer, towels, soaps and more for the bathroom. The apartment is highly recommended for families with small children, as in addition to a high chair and a cot, there are also spaces suitable for play and creativity, both indoors and outdoors. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of six people.
