The space This modern home was built and inspired by pure love for skateboarding and board sports in general but design has played a major role as well. Everything happens for a reason they say and it’s not a coincidence as unbelievable as it sounds that legendary skater Tony Hawk has skated in this house ! Many parts of the loft are custom made from the bed and the bathroom glass wall to the wooden ramp storage and mini library, to result to a curve formed interior, using elements such as concrete and wood, combining street aesthetics and nature awareness in a harmonious way. Τhough skateboarding is not allowed anymore due to safety reasons, you can enjoy all the other attributes of this home like the very cozy bedroom with the skylight windows and the impressive view from the veranda. Along with the spacious en-suite bathroom, the fireplace and adjustable lightning in all areas of the house, you can create the atmosphere you like make yourself comfortable and relax. The large windows let natural light come in, making spaces bright and sunny filled with warm energy. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare any kind of meal you like.
