Charming house in coast side picturesque Mollösund

Enjoy a lovely holiday by the sea in picturesque Mollösund at western part of island of Orust, 1h drive north of Gothenburg and 3h from Oslo Charming and cozy furnished house of 4 rooms and a kitchen with a nice atmosphere close to the sea. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 comfortable beds in each. There are in addition 2 extra beds and a bed sofa. The space The house has a very good location in the old part of village with only 150 meters to the sea and a few minutes to the supermarket, fish trade and restaurants. Garden with a lawn and beautiful flowers. Patios and balcony with lots of sunshine all day in summer time. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and its small plot with patios.   Comfortable number of persons about 5-6, but 8 persons could be accommodated in the 3 bedrooms (without using the bed sofa in living room).   Disposition: -a charming, spacious kitchen with modern equipment (dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge / freezer, micro, coffee maker and toaster) - living room with wood stove, flat screen TV 46" and sofa (bed sofa, 135cm wide mattress) -bedroom 3: bed 90cm, bed 80cm and extra bed 80cm - modern, tiny, tiled bathroom with shower and WC. High capacity of hot water. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: -bedroom 1: 180cm bed, exit to balcony with afternoon and evening sun -bedroom 2: 160cm bed + 80cm bed. Accessed by going through room 2.
