Situated in the heart of the old town this beautiful 3-storey grade 2 listed townhouse is a perfect place to relax with sea views over the East hill and the Fishermans' huts. On the doorstep, are the shops and all amenities Hastings Old Town has to offer, be it restaurants to suit all budgets, numerous pubs, antiques and junk shops as well as all the traditional attractions you would expect from this eclectic seaside town. The space Sleeps 6: two double bedrooms and one bunk room, with sea views. A beautiful two storey house with french doors onto a walled decked garden. As this is a period townhouse with a basement kitchen, there are a number of stairs to manage. The house has gas central heating and Internet access. This family house is child friendly, especially for little ones equipped with baby gates, travel cot and high chair if needed. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: If you are booking for two weeks or more, weekly cleaning and fresh linen/towels is included in the costs. If you require additional cleaning/linen/towels during a one week booking this can be arranged with an additional cost. Guest access There is full access to the house and garden. Bedroom 1, 2nd floor: Front facing large double room, king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and toilet, views out to the East Hill and the sea. Bedroom 2, 1st Floor: Front facing, brass double bed, built in wardrobe, views over the Church and the old town. Bedroom 3, 1st floor: Rear facing, built in bunk beds, 6ft plus in length, Bathroom, 1st floor: Bath, sink with toilet. Ground Floor: Large open planned dinning room and living room space, with access via double French doors to a decked walled garden. The lounge has sofa and chairs, Smart TV with built in DVD and Freeview. A selection of DVD's, board games and books available. Ground floor: Cloakroom and toilet (storage for boots) Basement kitchen: Fully equipped, Range Master oven with large gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier combo, as well as all the cooking equipment that you may need. The house has gas central heating and WIFI.
