Local hacking/riding available. A quiet & restful escape close to Ashdown Forest, a short walk to good local pubs & 30 minutes to Brighton and the sea. Winnie the Poo Bridge, Sheffield Park, Wakehurst Place, & The Bluebell Railway are on the doorstep. The space At the rear you have a decked private patio area with a hot tub and a fenced off shingle area to the side surrounded by the gardens of the main house. Fencing and planting makes The Retreat nice and private despite being at the back of the main house. The rare breed chickens are just over your fence and provide your eggs. Plenty of space to stay, rest, recover, think or just park for the night & move on. Guest access There is a long space to the right of the main house for your car or for your guests if they visit and this is partially under cover and you have your own gated entrance.
