The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula. The space The house has previously been used as a photo studio. It is a long, narrow building with windows facing east. From the house, you have a view of the courtyard, the garden and glimpses of Lagan. Entrance via gate from the street or garden, private entrance to the guest house itself is on the left side inside the gate. Here you enter the kitchen with dining area, then there is a bathroom, a hallway with spacious wardrobe and finally the combined living room/bedroom with exit to a small patio.
