Cozy studio apartment near Sandefjord city center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car. The space The apartment has a small patio in front with chairs and tables. We have a permanent tenant in the apartment next door, a young mother and her daughter. They will pass by the Airbnb's patio when they go out and come home. This tenant has a small dog that Airbnb guests may meet. Guest access Private entrance Other things to note We don't want the apartment to be used for parties. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons + possibility for 1 child. There is a rollaway travel cot and mattress in the pantry closet. Suitable for small children up to about 2 years. 1 larger child can lie on the sofa. Please provide when booking if you are bringing children. Smoking must be done outside. No dog or cat is desirable as we want allergic guests and can stay here. Important: This is a basement in our house. It may be that bugs (so-called woodlice) and spiders come to visit indoors. The pest control company Anticimex has been visiting and says they are completely harmless to houses and humans and something you have to expect when it is in a basement with vegetation outside.
