Entire house, ideal for a family, max 5 guests, 3 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet Recently refurbished interbellum house, one of the first vacation homes in Mariakerke. 500 m or 5 minutes walk from beach, sea and dunes. Very quiet neighborhood. At 400 m is the charming Duinenkerkje, with the grave of James Ensor. Also some restaurants very close (Ensorito, Bistroom De Baron, Sorrento2 and on the Zeedijk: New Sun Beach). 3 km from Ostend city center. Good bus and tram connection. The space The decor is vintage, as the house was inhabited until recently. There is WiFi, kitchen with oven/gas stove/fridge, dryer and washing machine, heating: gas stove and infrared panels, bathroom with shower and toilet. Mobile air conditioning is also available, but the house is generally fresh. There is a flat-screen, but no TV distribution connection. You can connect your laptop via HDMI cable. Guest access All rooms are accessible except a small attic storage room on the 2nd floor Other things to note A beach cart with things for the beach is available. A windscreen (4 m) is also available for use on the beach. The access to the toilet and bathroom, on the 1st floor, is only possible due to the large bedroom. Therefore, the house is especially suitable for families, less for e.g. 2 couples.
