Whether you're in Lyon for business, as a couple, with family or friends, this place will offer you all the comforts you need for a successful stay. This beautiful bright and comfortable T2 is a 5-minute walk from metro B, direction Gare Part-Dieu in 25 minutes. You will have the entire place to yourself. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building (accessible by elevator). It consists of: - A living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people; - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, refrigerator, stove); - A separate bedroom with a double bed; - A private bathroom with bathtub and washing machine; - A toilet. You will have at your disposal all the linens (sheets, towels, dish towel) as well as all the consumables to start your stay (sponge, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, soap, garbage bag, coffee and tea pods). The apartment is accessible by car or public transport. We can provide you with a baby cot, on request and for an additional charge of €30/stay. Entry is autonomous and secure, thanks to an access code that you will receive on the day of your arrival. The place is easy to access. The accommodation is also easily accessible by public transport: - Metro B, Jean-Jaurès stop, 5 mins walk. Part-Dieu Station and the Rhône Express (transport to the airport) are 25 minutes from the accommodation by public transport (metro B). Perrache Station is 30 minutes from the accommodation by public transport (metro B + Tram T2). There are also bike stations available at the foot of the accommodation. Other things to note Upon request and depending on the availability of our cleaning team, we offer early check-in from 2 p.m. or late check-out until 12 p.m., each at a rate of €20. No smoking allowed, parties are forbidden under penalty of financial penalties. We do not accept guests living in Lyon, Villeurbanne and around the Lyon metropolitan area.
