A warm and cosy holiday home, backing onto the beck in the picturesque village of Kettlewell, with views across the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Fellside sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms + mezzanine with 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or small groups. At Fellside you'll be in waking distance of the village's 3 pubs, playground, village store, deli and coffee shop. Or a short drive to lots of fantastic Yorkshire Dales attractions. Fellside is professionally cleaned between stays. The space Fellside is our family holiday home. We chose Kettlewell because it has everything we want as a family, young and older, and we want to share that with you. Fellside is our holiday home too, so it's equipped with everything we think you need for an incredible family holiday in the Yorkshire Dales. The house sleeps eight in three bedrooms plus a mezanine. Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen-dining room with log burner. Living room with log burner and 49" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. South facing patio to front. Compact courtyard patio to rear overlooking the Kettlewell beck. First floor: Bedroom one: 1 king-size bed with en-suite shower and WC. Bedroom two: 1 king-size bed. Family bathroom with shower and WC. Second floor: Bedroom three: 2 single beds, accessed through the mezzanine room. Mezzanine: Mezzanine style room with 2 single beds. Parking: On road parking for 2 cars - additional on road parking available nearby. Cleaning The house is professionally cleaned between each stay. Linnen is included in the price. Currently check out is 10am and check in is 4pm. We will update you if you can check in earlier or out any later. Fellside is heated using an air source heat pump and is a very cosy house, there are also two log burners in the house. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house Other things to note There is free on street parking for two cars outside the house. There are additional parking spaces on the road if needed. Well behaved pets are welcome, but please keep them off furniture
