The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a 2016 lovingly renovated individual monument in Halle's absolute city center. There is a small enclosed courtyard where you can sit comfortably on nice days. The apartment itself is 74 square meters, high quality and totally comfortably furnished. In the separate bedroom you will find a double bed, 1.80 m wide, in the living room another so-called daybed that can be pulled out to 1.60 m. The kitchen is a large kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area. The bathroom is spacious with large shower. Just take a look! Guest access You can use the small cute courtyard, seating furniture is ready for you when the days allow. I try to receive my guests in person. If that doesn't work because private reasons don't allow it, I'm definitely available by phone. On the day of arrival, you will receive a text message with the code for our locking system, which will then only apply to you on all doors that are usable for you (house, apartment and courtyard door). This prevents annoying key searches and is gladly accepted by my guests. Other things to note For my 3 apartments, I have the possibility to reserve a parking space near the house. This means: please inquire if necessary and if it is free, the parking space can be rented for 7 euros per day. A washing machine and dryer can be used from a length of stay of more than seven days in consultation with the host. From January 1, 2025, the city of Halle/Saale will charge an overnight tax of 4% of the nightly rate. This overnight tax is to be collected by the host, i.e. by me on arrival. Please have cash ready.
