Our apart hotel is set in unspoiled nature with olive groves. You’ll love your apartment suite because of the luxury we provide, our colourful garden, the stunning views over the island and Ionian Sea as well the Milky way, your served breakfast on your private terrace (July and August) Each suite has a private terrace around the swimming pool. Every of our 4 suites have a kitchenette one a outside kitchen. We have on only 5 to 10 minutes drive 14 restaurants and many beaches to discover The space This suite includes: size 39 sq. meter king sized double bed fireplace with comfortable chairs in front kitchenette breakfast table with two armchairs inside possibility of extra single bed flat screen television, cd-dvd player, satellite tv receiver bathroom with free standing bath and separate round mosaic rain shower bathroom with view on vineyard free wifi everywhere teak furniture on your private terrace possibility of your breakfast served on your private terrace private terrace around the swimming pool with teak deck chairs and great pillows private parking Our environmental friendly attitude plus large energy saving investments which we did in the last few years and will do in the coming ones. We are going to create a photovoltaic park which will supply all the electricity for the suites and the 5 electric cars which we are going to provide for our guests. We hope our guests appreciate and support our attitude. We will help you to reduce your carbon dioxide footprint when you stay with us. Not included: 2 euro tourist tax p.p.p.n. served breakfast on your terrace 15 euro p.p. Other things to note Cooling. We build our Boutique Hotel new from scratch. We wanted to build and operate our Boutique Hotel environmental friendly. That is why we used only natural materials for the building and did not install air conditioning. You will not find aluminium windows and doors. We thought about cooling but than the traditional way. By positioning the whole building exactly the right direction and install the right windows and doors you are as a guest able to cool your suite healthy and natural. The cool breeze from the Adriatic sea climbs up to the steep cliffs of Zakynthos and cools down further. This breeze "falls" down the hill behind the building. By opening the back windows from the bathroom and opening the front balcony doors (when you are not there you can close the French shutters) the cool breeze blows through your suite and cools your suite in a natural, healthy and environmental friendly way. For the night when you like it but hardly needed we have a ceiling fan and standing fans. This way of cooling I learned by reading old Greek architecture. Breakfast. We can serve breakfast on your private terrace. During your breakfast you will enjoy the stunning sea view from your terrace. To give you a idea what you can expect you find the form to make your breakfast as personal as possible. Breakfast is a service we enjoy to give when it is possible for us, it is certainly not a right on breakfast which guests have.
