Apartment with fireplace near the Spreewald

We look forward to seeing guests in the newly renovated apartment in our two-family house. Relax by the fireplace or use our accommodation as a starting point for excursions to the surrounding area (Lübbenau, Spreewaldtherme Burg, Tropical Island). Our farm offers direct parking at the house and space for children to play. The space The accommodation is a separate apartment with bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and spacious living room with fireplace. After heating up, the fireplace burns for approx. 1 - 2 hours. We will do the heating for you by arrangement and explain the heat regulation to you. The bathroom can be reached via a hallway shared with us. However, we only use this hallway in winter for heating and for longer stays (more than a week) to reach our washing machine. Bedrooms and living room are very close to the thoroughfare of the village, so you can hear their noise when the window is open. However, it is possible to ventilate through the window to the courtyard and thus minimize noise pollution, for example during the morning rush hour. The windows are triple glazed. Space for sleeping is provided by a 1.60 m bed in the bedroom and the pull-out couch in the living room. In 2018, the apartment was renovated and newly furnished. It is accessible via a private entrance and 2 steps. In front of the entrance, a seat under the pavilion invites you to eat and relax. A grill is available. Guest access Parking for two vehicles is available on our farm. Other things to note On request we can provide baby/toddler equipment (bed, high chair, potty, toys, etc.). There is space to play in the yard. There is a garden pond that is secured by a net.
