Welcome to our little piece of heaven! The house is bright and comfortable. Unobstructed view, absolute calm: cows and chickens are our neighbors. You can enjoy the fireplace and the veranda. The vast wooded garden welcomes you for relaxing moments with your loved ones. Terraces to admire the landscape, watch birds and squirrels. Luxurious ponds with fish (kois). 90 km from Paris. Great bedding, quality sleep guaranteed! Barbecue. No loud parties. The space House is great for a relaxing stay in the countryside. The beds are made when you arrive. Practical and naturally cool in summer, with many spaces. Proximity to local organic products on weekends. 2000 m2 fenced garden with trees and shaded lawn. In front of the terrace, many colorful fish in the three ponds fed by a spring. Garden furniture and BBQ. In winter, when you arrive the house is warm. It stays cool in summer - ideal for heat waves. Very well equipped: raclette machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dryer, iron... For babies and young children: baby bath, 1 baby bed... Sleeping bags are not allowed. Canoe-kayak base 5 km away, horseback riding (5 km), remarkable garden (Jardin du Point du Jour in Verdelot), Zen Monastery of the Village des Pruniers (10 min drive). Supermarkets and all amenities in Montmirail (10 min. by car). Market on Saturday morning. Guest access When you reach the cul-de-sac, park on the right so as not to block the cul-de-sac. If there are not enough places, you can also park on the gravel in the garden (2 places possible). If you do not want to have the cars in the garden, you can park your vehicles in Vendières 1 km in front of the cemetery (about 4 spaces). DO NOT PARK CARS ON THE LAWN. Other things to note Bring your own towels unless special request. Pools are not protected: watch for young children. The first two are shallow but the last, the largest, is 90 cm deep. Although there is no overlook, the neighborhood is very close and loves tranquility. Parties are therefore not allowed. The fireplace is functional. Remember to turn off the fireplace in the evening. When you leave, please leave €5-10 per day if you use the wood from the house. In case of extreme cold, in winter, we have trouble heating the large bedroom on the top floor (dormitory). Insulation work is planned. It is still possible to use it because there are good warm duvets.
