The space As soon as you enter the small alleyway leading to this house, you can sense the fascinating atmosphere of bygone times – a touch of Italian history and culture hangs in the air. Here stands a lovingly restored brick house, part of Fermo's historic architectural heritage. It has been modernized over the years without losing its original character. Many historic features have been carefully preserved to combine authenticity with modern comforts: The old marble inscription "1154" still stands above the front door, the charming brick arch at the entrance is typical of the architecture of this period, and inside, exposed original bricks give the house its unique character. **Living Area** On the ground floor, you'll find the inviting living room with large windows, a comfortable sofa, and a stylish combination of vintage and modern furniture. A 42-inch flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix are available for convivial evenings – ideal for movie nights with family or friends. Those who prefer to play together will find a selection of board games in the sideboard. During the colder months, the old wood-burning fireplace provides cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Various light sources—from soft to bright—create the perfect ambiance. **Kitchen** The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality furniture, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and everything you need. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender, chopper, and hand mixer. The kitchenette also includes a washing machine. **Bathroom** The bright bathroom features a large shower, sink with illuminated mirror, bidet, hairdryer, and hair straightener.
