The Gîte de Montailloux in Southern Burgundy

Located in a quiet hamlet in the rolling countryside of Brionnais, in south Burgundy, this former 18th century family farmhouse, completely renovated, combines historical authenticity with modern comfort. The house, self-contained, is located on an enclosed private plot of 1200 m2 with large enclosed courtyard and shelter for cars and bicycles The space On the ground floor: equipped American kitchen (including freezer and dishwasher), open to the dining room; large living room (TV , bluetooth channel, CD/DVD player) with a large bay overlooking a terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs and gas barbecue) with direct access to the garden equipped with a children's gantry; shower room; independent toilet; laundry room. Ping pong table - Baby equipment (baby bed, highchairchair, baby bath and changing table) The walls of the 4 bedrooms have sound insulation. Floor heating on the ground floor (very comfortable) and radiators upstairs. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms independent of each other; bathroom with bathtub; independent toilet; relaxation room with glass window overlooking a large balcony.
