Located in a quiet hamlet in the rolling countryside of Brionnais, in southern Burgundy, this old family farm from the 18th century, completely renovated, combines historical authenticity with modern comfort. The house, independent, is located on a private enclosed plot of 1200 m2 with large enclosed courtyard and shelter for cars and bicycles The space On the ground floor: equipped American kitchen (including freezer and dishwasher), open to the dining room; large living room (TV, bluetooth channel, CD/DVD player) with a large bay window overlooking a terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs and gas barbecue) with direct access to the garden equipped with a children's swing; shower room; separate toilet; laundry room. Ping pong table - Baby equipment (baby bed, highchair, baby bath and changing table) The walls of the 4 bedrooms have sound insulation. Underfloor heating on the ground floor (very comfortable) and radiators upstairs. Upstairs: 4 independent bedrooms; bathroom with bathtub; separate toilet; lounge with bay window overlooking a large balcony. The equipment and comfort of the house correspond to the 3 épis de gites de France label. Guest access Entire house and outside Other things to note Heating and cleaning are included in the rate. Possible options: - linen rental (€12 per bed for the duration of the stay) - linen rental €6 per person for the duration of the stay - the house is not equipped with electrical outlets suitable for charging electric vehicles: there are charging stations 5 km away (in La Clayette) The selected options are to be booked at least two weeks before arrival and to be paid upon check-in at the vacation rental.
