„Family Villa“ house has 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen area with all necessary appliances and a dining-room, a terrace with a view to the Curonian lagoon, 3 separate bathrooms with WC and showers. For the comfort of guests there is sauna, fireplace, TV, Wi-FI, air conditioners, banquet hall etc. The house area is 120 m2. The maximum number of guests - 9. The space „Family Villa's“ house welcomes families with kids, friend and colleague companies. The house is perfect for carefree vacation, fun family celebrations or simply for a short respite surrounded by unique nature of the Curonian Spit. The Curonian Lagoon is only a few-minute walk away, the Baltic sea is 2,5 km away. There are Pervalka grocery store, a bar and a cafe nearby. Guest access Fenced 6 ares territory has separate driveway, green zone with outdoor lighting, cosy recreation area with a grill, kids playground and parking space. House conveniences: Terrace, grill, small yard with outdoor furniture, outdoor lighting. TV, CD player, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, sauna, banquet hall, air conditioner. Kitchen: microwave oven, stove top, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge etc. Towels and sheets. Other things to note We accept your pets at an additional cost. For pets weighing up to 7 kg, the fee is 10 EUR per night. Sauna - one time included in the price. Additional - 70 Eur.
