Our place is especially suitable for couples, families and small groups. But our house is not without its drawbacks. Unfortunately, there are two bedrooms in the converted attic. The staircase takes some getting used to as it is quite steep. A stair gate ensures safety, another can be installed at the staircase if necessary. Guest access The property includes a large garden, which is located on a hillside except for two large terraces. Electric vehicles must be registered and must not be charged on the house power. Other things to note Simmerath is a municipality in the city region of Aachen with approx. 15,000 inhabitants. Our house is located in the district of Rurberg, a popular local recreation destination in the Eifel National Park, directly on Lake Rursee. The facilities for daily life (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.) can be reached quickly by car.
