You can't beat the water views here from the bedrooms, living spaces and outdoor deck! The interior of the house is white, bright, and beachy. The house has a large open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with an island with bar stools. Adjacent to the comfortable living area and dining table that seats at least 6, from there you can access the large back deck to enjoy watching the boats go by on the river, and the sunsets. On the first floor is a large primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and shower. There is plenty of closet space and storage for clothes. The 1st floor also has a small power room, entry way and laundry room. On the second floor are 3 additional bedrooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, large closet and incredible views of the water and marina. The other bedroom has a twin trundle bed and built in work station/desk, making this room great for kids! There two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a en suite bathroom with shower. Also on the 2nd floor is a large bonus living room and hangout space with a comfortable couch, tv and large round table perfect for playing games.  There is guest parking in the front of the house for 2 cars and additional parking in the lot across the street. Rowayton is an idyllic seaside town with a lovely community feel. There are ,multiple local restaurants (pizza, seafood, pub, and a market), a lovely park and a public beach. The house is located next to a working boatyard, so there might be a launching of a new boat sometimes but is fun to watch and doesn't take long.
