Directly on the Five Mile River, in the center of the cute village of Rowayton. The house has been freshly updated in 2021. Amazing water views from all the rooms. Walk out and jump on your SUP. or take a kayak up the river. It's a 5 min. bike ride to the beach. The interior of the house is white, bright, and beachy. Very family friendly with a large back deck to enjoy watching the boats go by on the river, and the sunsets. There is guest parking in the front of the house. Rowayton is an idyllic seaside town with a lovely community feel. There are ,multiple local restaurants (pizza, seafood, pub, and a market), a lovely park and a public beach. The house is located next to a working boatyard, so there might be a launching of a new boat sometimes but is fun to watch and doesn't take long.
