The Grooms Cottages are comprised of two separate maisonettes that have been refurbished in an Equestrian theme individually designed to the style of the property, which is fitting as they open up into the Courtyard of the estates working Stud. With two ensuite bedrooms available in each maisonette. Each bedroom has a freestanding copper bath, separate step-in shower, cosy king size bed with Egyptian cotton bedding and dressing gowns with a flat screen smart TV. Find your own piece of luxury in the Dorset countryside. The Tack Room: If you’re looking to reset and recharge in your own self-catering accommodation. The Tack Room has its own comfy sitting room with wood burner. A rustic kitchenette which has a hob and a microwave, fridge and dining for four. Tea/coffee and cooking utensils are included. One bedroom is on the first floor and one is downstairs. Other things to note: • Please be aware that sometimes we may have other, larger groups staying in the Riding House (next door). • Your furry friends are welcome to join you on your stay, but please note there will be an added charge of £25 per night. • A refundable damage deposit of £125 will be required with your final payment. • Free parking is available within the walled car park. • The accommodation is entered via the courtyard of the estates working stud. Guest access The entire of the Tack Room is yours, access is via a lock box outside the property. The Tack Room front door is accessed via the stud courtyard. While there is no dedicated outdoor space it is possible to walk through the estate parkland except around the Shaftesbury home, St Giles House, to respect the privacy of Lord and Lady Shaftesbury and family.
