On the ground floor there is the conservatory with a spacious dining table, the modern fully equipped kitchen with an inviting counter including two bar stools, as well as the living room corner with sufficient seating for 6 people including a 52" smart TV that can be swiveled up to 90 degrees and a cozy fireplace. You can also connect the Internet radio to your mobile phone via Bluetooth. This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations or music brought from home while on vacation. The entrance area is equipped with a wardrobe and a large full-length mirror. The shower bath with a floor-level tropical shower on the ground floor offers a practical alternative with full comfort to the bathtub on the second floor. Right next to the stairs there is a utility room, with everything you need on vacation (incl. dryer and washing machine, drying rack, etc.). In the sideboard under the large TV you will find games and books for all ages. Since we ourselves are happy parents of a child, we have placed particular emphasis on a safe and child-friendly facility when furnishing our vacation home. For the little very welcome guests there is a playroom next to the children's room with a bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm) and another pull-out bed (90x190 cm). Overall, the house has a window in all rooms, which is equipped with a mosquito net so that flies and mosquitoes cannot bother you in the house.
