Fully equipped kitchen with oven, glass ceramic, freezer, fridge, kettle, capsule and classic coffee maker, pressure cooker. Cable and satellite TV set up for all streaming platforms, vintage turntable with radio and Bluetooth. Bathroom with large shower, washing machine, drying rack, and Dyson vacuum cleaner. Guest access Access to the apartment without steps, comfortable, slightly sloping, shops and services nearby. Inside, there are only two steps to go from the living area to the kitchen and bathroom. Parking adjacent to the house for loading and unloading and nearby in free form for long stops. Storage for skis or sports equipment; indoor bicycle parking available 60 meters from the residence.
