Long-term rentals are prohibited by law. Nevertheless, we can offer a special price if, for example, the rental period is 7 to 12 weeks! Large apartment building: The living room offers different areas of stay. Kitchen and eating area, by the sofa TV /music linger with blood booth. Sleeping area sofa as a large bed (for 2 persons) with spring mattress 1.60 m wide and 2.00 m long, please bring sheets and duvet covers (if possible). Heating with a fan heater. Child or third person sleeps in the BALCONY ROOM : The adjoining balcony room (conservatory) has a sleeping chair as a bed 90 cm wide. CHILD SAFETY: The WINDOW CASements ARE very LARGE, so please use them ONLY in the TILT position. Widened view (south view sunny side ) inland, so no direct Baltic Sea view ! Here is another table for breakfast! The apartment, including the shower room/kitchen, has been completely renovated. Guest access Apartment building on the 6th floor. To do this, please use the elevator; you can request it using the key. The KEY is stored in a hiding place, so there is no in-person handover. (If you lose the apartment key, we will have to charge you €55.00, which is the direct cost of replacing it.) If you're coming by car, there's free parking on Palstek Street (or paid parking on Buten Diek Street). BICYCLES -USE only at your own risk, are included, saddle height is adjustable! Marina Wendtorf is a seaside resort directly on the BALTIC SEA, which borders the village of STEIN. The atmosphere of the marina is pleasant. The area is easy to explore by bike, and you can also plan lovely walks/hikes. Also very good for BEACH HOLIDAYS, WATER SPORTS, SURFING AND KITING. NOTE: The municipality of Wendtorf does not permit long-term rentals. According to the bylaws of the development plan, the apartment buildings are intended for use as vacation apartments only. Other things to note BICYCLE USE is only at your own risk, approx. 5 bicycles are available. TO BRING: If possible, please bring your own duvet covers and a fitted sheet (size 1.60 m / 2.00 m). If necessary, we can also provide the covers upon request; they are stored in the apartment in the hallway closet at the top left. BASIC FEATURES: 1x bath towel, 1 hand towel per person. Toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets are also provided. Kitchen+shower room are also fully equipped! There is a list of amenities for this.
