The space This very private, not overlooked guest villa & pool, adjacent and forming part of a wider Estate above Trapezaki beach, was built in 2008/09 on land inherited from the owners' ancestors. At the same time the rest of the Estate & its architecturally listed 18th c. buildings were meticulously restored. The villa will thrill guests of all ages for its enduring appeal. Its spacious terrace & pergola, offering captivating sunset views, are also ideal for dining under the stars. We love the place because it is linked to our family since the 17th c. and has a stunning old olive mill which exudes grandeur, but also for its beauty, tranquility, immaculate landscaped gardens, un-spoilt countryside and the wonderful, secluded sandy beaches nearby. Guest access What is rented is the villa with its private garden and pool. Adjacent to the villa is the independent Estate property which guests can visit. Please note that normally the villa is rented out as a 4 bedroom property. However, if a party consists of more than 8 guests, the fifth en-suite bedroom on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance is rented out at an additional cost of 1,000 Euros per week. Other things to note The magnificent historic Estate with its adjacent guest villa can be taken over for a wedding party and other celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries), while extra accommodation can be provided in the vicinity for up to 50 -60 guests. The Estate manager can also arrange for the guests staying at the villa to engage in activities such as hiking, cycling, water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking or to go around sailing, fishing and snorkeling. Upon confirmation of the booking, the guests can receive by e-mail detailed information and prices for the above and reservations, if necessary (e.g. for cars, motor or sailing boat) will be made through the manager. Also available, at an additional fee, is a highly recommended in house masseuse. Pre-travel requests and tailored preparation of the guest villa are all taken care off ahead of the holiday. Upon their arrival, guests will receive a folder with tips on excursions, places of interest, restaurants etc. as well as a welcome hamper including wine and various local products.
