Bright duplex, consisting of two joined flats (two bedroom + studio, located on the 4th floor and rooftop of the building), that fit 5 people and share a breezy top floor terrace overlooking Barcelona’s most coveted neighbourhood: La Villa de Gracia. The resting area of the main apartment has lots of options: one large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, one single bedroom in which 1 or 2 guests can sleep or rest in the privacy of a rolling bed, plus a living room with an extra comfortable sofa. The guests in this apartment share an open plan kitchen and the bathroom (equipped with a shower). Above this floor, the second flat has one sofa bed on which 1 or 2 guests can sleep, a kitchen area with table sitting for 2, and a bathroom with a shower. This studio connects the rest of the space to the jewel of the accommodation: a 15m² (161.5 ft²) private terrace designed with wooden flooring and newly-installed electrical blinds, overlooking the beauty and serenity of Gracia. Aside from comfortable seating and breath-taking views, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a meal outside in a comfortable dining area for up to 4-5 people, on this breezy terrace you will also find a barbeque that can be put to good use all throughout the year. How cool is that? NOTE: The 2 bedroom unit is located on the 4th floor. The studio is located on the rooftop of the building where we have the private rooftop terrace. The 2 areas are separated and you need to go up one floor on the community staircase to get to the rooftop area There is an AC unit in each of the bedrooms of the apartment as well as the living room and the upstairs studio. Traveling by car? If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick. Is this a work trip? Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be. Last minute bookings ? Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM! This flat is easily accessible from the airport by train (the Gracia station), shuttle bus (A1 or A2 to Plaza Espana and then a taxi (if you want to enjoy the views) or metro (the Fontana or Verdaguer stations are the closest). Other things to note Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways. 2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. 3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. 5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy. 6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking. 7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days. 8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash). 9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending. 10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock. 11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.
