This two-storey, family-friendly property is set on a spacious plot, surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden, cared for with great attention to detail. The beach is accessible directly from the house year-round. Depending on sea currents, the shoreline alternates between gravel and sand, with sandy areas naturally expanding or receding. Additional sandy coves, such as Skidi and Prasoudi, are within walking distance. Both units have independent entrances and are located right next to each other—ideal for staying together while still enjoying your privacy. The views throughout the property are lovely, with the balcony views being especially stunning. After crossing the 1,000 sqm flower-filled garden, you will find a jacuzzi/whirlpool, a BBQ area, and a relaxing seaside lounge spot. Please note that these facilities are shared unless the entire property (upper and ground floor) is booked together.
