Kariza self-catering apartment for 3 is a newly built modern apartment in Yzerfontein to be enjoyed by friends and family! Enjoying your morning coffee on the large covered patio , the ocean waves can be seen as they roll out on the well-known Yzerfontein beaches. It is a quick walk to beachfront on the Pearl Bay side of Yzerfontein The space The open plan lounge and dining area opens up on the covered patio with a braai facility. The dining area has a table with 3 chairs, with the lounge offering comfortable seating and full DSTV options. Accommodating 3 adult guests, this comfortable apartment allows for easy living with all the necessities including a dishwasher, microwave, and full Wi-Fi and DSTV. Parking can be arranged on the drive way or off street not affecting you sea view and allowing for peace of mind! On the stoep there is a wooden table / chairs where you can sit and relax whilst you enjoy a glass or two of the local wines of the West Coast! Guest access Guests use the total apartment for their stay and have own entrance and braai area! Other things to note *Please note that discounts do not apply to high season and long weekends. No breakage deposit is payable, however, we will appreciate if guests can report and replace any breakages or damages. We kindly ask that guests leave the unit in the condition it was handed to them. If you prefer cleaning services, you are welcome to request this. This is a strictly non-smoking facility. Unfortunately no pets can be accommodated, as the owner has his own dogs. A 30 % deposit is payable to reserve the establishment. Reservations within 7 days of arrival is payable in full. Full payment must be made before access is allowed to establishment. The owners cannot be held accountable for any accidents/theft, as we are satisfied that the service we deliver is to the best of our knowlede and of a high standard. The right of admission is strictly applied. The unit is situated in a residential area with a surrounding GREEN ZONE and we do respect the environment at all times. Laundry services can be requested if guests stay for longer periods during the week. The unit has 2 ¾ beds which can be prepared as 1 King size bed. There is an additional bed in common area for a third guest. Unfortunately no more than 3 adults allowed overnight. Additional charges will be imposed if more guests than booked for are utilizing the premises. "Guests are welcome at 14:00 on the day of arrival and are required to hand in their keys at 10:00 on the day of departure." on the day of departure. Late departure will automatically entail an additional day rate. During high season, bookings of at least 3 nights will be accepted. The building is equipped with an alarm and patrolled by Yzerfontein Armed Response. However, the alarm will only be used in the self-catering unit on request of our guests. Guests must please take note that Yzerfontein has no full time medical practitioner on call, but has the professional services of a very reliable medical response team. Cancellation policy apply - please note when booking your stay. Please note that a cleaning fee can be deducted from a breakage deposit for houses that are left with excessive dirty dishes and / or linen or any unsatisfactory condition.
