A spacious, light and airy village house with great entertaining space for family and friends. Originally the village school, the house is in a lovely Oxfordshire village. The renowned Muddy Duck pub in the village is reopening on June 19th. Lots of walks in woodland and countryside, with easy access to a lake, brook, state-of-the art play park for children and a farm shop. Ideal for Oxford, Silverstone and Bicester Village, and within easy reach of Stratford, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The space The property has five double bedrooms, four bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. There is good entertaining space with two lounges and a large kitchen/dining area, with a large table seating 10 adults. There is a small, private walled garden with outdoor seating and a bbq. Guest access There is parking for up to four cars on the drive and also, easy parking on the village roads. Other things to note We are aware that these are uncertain times and therefore, will be flexible with cancellation charges if a cancellation occurs because of Covid related issues.
