Ground floor villa with terrace and fenced garden. Close to the lake and pool. With beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The apartment is located inside a holiday village with pool, restaurant, bar, tennis court, ping pong tables and wind surf school open from July to August. You can take pleasant walks along the lake and in the nearby mountains. Free covered parking. Other things to note The place has no sheets, towels, and toilet paper. The sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. Upon arrival we provide a roll of toilet paper. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax for those over 13 years of age.
