Apartment 1 with furnished balcony The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is ideally suited for up to 4 people. In the living room there is 1 double bed (2 x 2 m) and 1 cozy sitting area. In the second bedroom there is another double bed and a sink. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a dining area. The bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the overall picture. The toilet is separate. The furnished balcony is accessible from the living-bedroom combination and from the bedroom.   Our house is located off the main road in a quiet location. A large garden with pond, parking, lawn, playground and barbecue is at your disposal. Hiking trails and winter sports are nearby. The Falkenstein National Park Center with Haus zur Wildnis is very close. A bakery and a butcher are located right in the village. The nearest shops are about 3 km away in Zwiesel.
