The home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of South Tulsa. You can enjoy casual meals in the kitchen or a more formal meal in the dining area. There is a relaxing living room with a 75" TV and a wet bar. The living room opens out to the outdoor patio area where there is a 5 burner grill and a nice sized backyard with patio furniture you can relax on. There is a master bedroom downstairs and a master bedroom which has a workspace upstairs. There is also a second bedroom downstairs. There are also two more bedrooms upstairs for a total of three bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms total. All the bedrooms have 55" TVs. Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it as you would your own. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve ASAP, however please do realize that no one is living on-site 24/7. Other things to note During your stay, you may see maintenance on the property mowing the lawn or clearing leaves and/or gutters or other exterior maintenance, depending on the time of the year. We have a Nest thermostat that can be controlled remotely, please do not set cooling below 68 degrees or the unit can freeze up for up to 24 hours.
