Leafy location in historic riverside market town. This is a spacious living room at the front of the house with a large Victorian window overlooking Sandringham Park. Room includes 2 sofas and either quality airbeds or a quality pop-up bed with firm foam comfortable mattress when available. Ideal for festival goers. House is eclectic in style. There is central heating in the house but only an electric heater in the room and an open fire is usually lit in the dining room when I am around. Guest access Feel free to make use of the kitchen, snug dining room, rear patio (any smokers) and garden and the bathroom of course! During your stay I respect people's privacy and very happy to let you get on in your own company, but very happy to socialise if you like. Its a friendly house! Your choice entirely.
