Full kitchen with electric range and oven, microwaves and refrigerator. Coffee is provided for the " morning persons". A large flat screen TV is connected to Wifi for cast your favor shows. Outdoor table and seats are provided for star gazing and enjoy the beautiful night sky. Guest access ***Our host team is living in the next yard with separate gate entrance *** Other things to note *********************************** We’re in the process of obtaining our Short-Term Rental License as required by the county. In the meantime, we’re only able to host monthly stays (30 days or more). Please message us before booking, and we’ll gladly help adjust the stay length and pricing for you. Thank you for your understanding! ************************************ The BBQ Grill, Firepit, Washer And Dryer Are Free To Use But We Don't Provide Firewood, Charcoal Or Detergent And Guests Need To Clean It After Use It. No Parties Are Allowed!! $50 / person per night to be charged if bring extra guests to stay over night without pre-approval by host. Please Do Not throw large amounts of toilet paper into the toilet, it may will clog the toilet. To Avoid Ants and Pests Coming In To Look For Food, Please Wash Your Dishes and Don't Leave Garbage Inside House. Electric Vehicle Charging Fee: $10 with host pre-approval $50 without pre-approval ***Regular outlet only. We don't provide 30 or 50 amp outlet. No Smoking Inside The House. Pets Need Pre-approval by Host Due to we need more time to clean up before next guests check in especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Our Check Out Time is 11am. Late check-out need pre-approval from host and fees may apply.
