The space Arriving at King’s Apartment, you step in from street level through a shared entrance and head up a single flight of stairs to the first floor, where your private apartment awaits. As you enter, you’re welcomed into a bright and spacious hall that doubles as a dining area—a sociable, airy space that immediately sets the tone for the rest of the home. To the right, double doors open into the stunning open-plan kitchen and living area. This is the heart of the apartment, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light.
