Holiday home in Özdere

Our newly built holiday home is located in Özdere, a small, nice place with many shopping and entertainment opportunities, with restaurants, bars and cafes. The distance to Izmir airport is about 45 km, Kusadasi, Ephesus and Mother Mary's house are about 30 km away. It is located about 800 m to the shallowly sloping, public sandy beach, the nearest shopping facility at about 200 m and bus stop at about 250 m distance. The space The house is in a pure residential area. In the entrance area there is a spacious, covered terrace. The entrance is shared with the annex. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining area, a guest toilet and the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, gas stove and dishwasher. On the 1st floor are the bathroom with washing machine, toilet and spacious shower, the room 1 with double bed and room 2 with two single beds. On the 2nd floor you will find access to the large terrace and room 3, also with double bed and another bathroom.
