Holiday home in Özdere

Our newly built cottage is located in Özdere, a small, nice place with lots of shopping and entertainment, with restaurants, bars and cafes. The distance to Izmir airport is about 45 km away, Kusadasi, Ephesus and House of Mother Maria are about 30 km away. It is located about 800 m to the gently sloping, public sandy beach, the nearest shopping in about 200 m and bus stop in about 250 m distance. The space The house is located in a purely residential area. In the entrance area there is a spacious, covered terrace. Entrance is shared with the annex. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining area, a guest toilet and the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, gas stove and dishwasher. On the 1st floor are the bathroom with washing machine, toilet and spacious shower, the room 1 with double bed and room 2 with two single beds. On the 2nd floor you will find access to the large terrace and room 3, also with double bed and another bathroom.
