It is on the ground floor of a building surrounded by balcony and access to the yard. It is an airy and minimal decorated 3 bedroom and two bathroom house located in the village of Zacharo, close to super markets, banks, restaurants and the square. The guests can cook themselves in the well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. The house is located on the ground floor of the building, surrounded by a balcony and has access to a courtyard. It is a sunny with simple decoration house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is located in the village of Zacharo , close to shops, super markets, banks, restaurants, bars and cafes where parents can enjoy their coffee or food while children play in the square under the plane trees. Ο ΧΩΡΟΣ BEDROOMS The house has 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and one single sofa- bed. The second bedroom has a semi- double bed and if needed we can install a baby bed (cot). The third bedroom is equipped with one single bed. LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN The apartment has a well- equipped with cooking utensils kitchen in which the guests are available to cook and eat. The living room is airy with a comfortable sofa which can modified to a (queen size)double bed. The house is suitable for one or two families or friends wishing to stay together. The area is ideal for all kinds of activities and the village of Zacharo itself is friendly with sufficient infrastructures for all resident and visitors needs such as public transport station and health centre. You can come to Zacharo by car or bus. It takes about 3 hours driving from Athens (270km) Near to the house you will find : • Playground (very close to the house) • Street market –bazaar (every Tuesday very close to the house you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables even if clothes) • A long sandy beach that stands 3 km away from the house. You can go there on foot (30 minutes) or by car (5 minutes) • You can visit Kaiafas Thermal springs and lake (about 6 km) • Olympia ancient stadium and Archaiological site in 32 Km distance, 30 minutes driving • The temple of Apollo Epicurius (53km away) , built by Iktinos (the architect that built Parthenon in Akropolis) • Close to the temple of Apollo Epicurius you can find the River and Kanyon of Neda where you will have the ability to swim under the waterfalls (about 70 km away) • Ruins of ancient city of Samiko • Beautiful villages like Kyparisia (28 km), Andritsena, Karitena with its famous stone bridge and medieval castle • If you want, you can visit the island of Zakynthos and Kefalonia from the port of Kiliny (85 km away) • Pyrgos is the closest to Zacharo town (32km) while Kalamata is located 93 kilometers away The bedroom The house features 3 bedrooms. The first room is equipped with a double bed and an armchair that converts with a single bed. In the second room there is a semi-double bed there is the possibility to enter a crib if needed. In the third bedroom there is a single bed. LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, in which guests can prepare their own food. The living room is airy and sunny with a large corner sofa that turns into a king size bed as well. The house is suitable for one or two families and groups of friends who want to stay together. The area is ideal for all kinds of activities, and Zacharo is a town that has all the enough infrastructure to meet all the needs of the guests. It also has an intercity bus station and a health center. The guest can come to Zacharo from Athens either by driving for about three hours or by bus (270 km).
