Archipelago house by swimming lake with its own dock

A secluded and fully-equipped archipelago villa with beds for many, large social areas, by a swimming lake with a swimming jetty and access to a rowboat and kayak. In the garden, there are several social areas and swings as well as a large trampoline on the lawn. The proximity to Stockholm with shopping and nightlife makes it hard to believe that you are so close to nature with moose and deer visiting the garden and starry nights. The space The house consists of two floors, on the entrance floor there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room as well as exit to the wonderful terrace. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, bathroom and TV room with sofa bed. In the garden, there is a small cottage with a sofa bed and a fully functional sauna. Other things to note As of 20200801, a cleaning fee of 1750 will be added. This way, you don't have to do the final cleaning. This is paid on site. We rent out bed linens and towels for SEK 100/person for the entire stay regardless of the number of days. The beds are made when you arrive. This is paid on site.
