Private Annex for two guests (+) in Chess Valley

Relax, rejuvenate in your own Chiltern retreat whilst being only 35 minutes by train to London. Located in an AONB in the Chess valley you can from your private entrance enjoy walking, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing. The sitting room opens onto the comfortable double bedroom with an en suite shower room. The Garden room, bedroom and bathroom are separated from the rest of the house Beverages, breakfast pack, towels and toiletries. are provided. The space The house is accessed off a track 10 yards off the lane, on the chess valley walk. The living area has a full set of cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and small fridge. There is also a dining table and chairs, sofa bed, television and free wifi. Garden seating, deck chairs and a fire pit barbecue are just outside your door. Guest access We have an extensive garden on a slope that you are more than welcome to explore. Other things to note Well behaved woofers are most welcome but please keep them on a lead in the garden after 11am when our two chickens are allowed to roam about. We charge £5.00 extra per night for a woofer. We are 5 minutes away by car from a number of pubs and restaurants. There are a number of local attractions; Chenies Manor and garden, Chiltern Open Air museum and the Harry Potter experience - to name a few. By taxi Heathrow airport is 35 minutes away and Luton airport is 45 minutes.
