Cottage with large garden

I am sure you will enjoy our bright vacation home (100 m²) and it's large yard (1200 m²). Spacious house, ideal for families with children, baby bed available. The home blends into the beautiful country setting with fields and ponds on two sides. The space The interior consists two bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, another with toilet and shower. The two sofas also convert into beds. The living room features a large tile wood stove. The home is also heated by natural gas. The porch is equipped with garden fourniture and a gas BBQ. Large garden, ideal for children. Bicycles are available. Beautiful views, rural setting, ideal for hikes and bike trips. Walks directly from the property possible. Numerous excursions and attractions in the area (brochure on-site). Unfortunately, internet connection is not possible in my house, there is a box, limited to 50 GB. That's enough for daily use, streaming is difficult. If additional internet is desired, this can be booked for a fee. Guest access Point GPS: 49.62009,10.69932 Our house is located in Gerhardshofen's “Wochenendsiedlung” (holiday home subdivision). From Hwy 470 in Gerhardshofen turn towards Willmersbach, turn left after 1,5 kms and take your next right onto Kiebitzweg (which is a cul-de-sac, dead-end road). We are the last property on the right with a gravelled carport up front. Other things to note This part of the village is not illuminated in the night, flashlights are at disposition.
