Double bedroom near UEA, sportspark and Hospital

A three-storey townhouse in the village of Cringleford, on the Roundhouse development, situated within close proximity to the University of East Anglia, the Norwich and Norfolk hospital and several of the science centres, as well as Norwich city centre. There are two bedrooms available on the same floor, one with a king-size bed, and the other with a sofa-bed. All have access to a private bathroom. The property is shared with the owner. The space Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom, located on the first floor and is furnished with a king-sized bed, sofa and TV, with tea and coffee making facilities. The private bathroom is on the same floor with a toilet, and shower over the bath. You will also have the use of a second bedroom as it is situated on the same floor and contains a small fridge, microwave and a wardrobe. The sofa bed can be made up upon request to provide sleeping arrangements for one person. Please note, this property in not suitable for children under 7 as I have no stair gates. Guest access The guests have access to the whole of the first floor where Bedroom 1 and 2 are located, along with the bathroom. During your stay I live at the property during the week, and occasional weekends . Other things to note Please let me know if you require the sofa bed made up.
