Located on the first floor of a building whose façade faces directly onto the sea, this property envelops you in a marine atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A staircase leads to a common area that opens onto a cosy living-dining room with an outdoor balcony, equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV area, perfect for relaxing moments. On this floor, you will also find a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, and two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom with a double bed, ideal for two people. Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds, perfect for two more guests. At the back, the separate kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favourite dishes with complete freedom. But the real gem of this house awaits you on the top floor: a spectacular private terrace of over 80 m². Here, you will enjoy panoramic views stretching to the horizon, allowing you to contemplate the Atlantic in all its splendour. This space is fully equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and parasols, offering you complete privacy to sunbathe, take an outdoor shower or simply relax to the sound of the waves.
