Just a stones throw away from Lincoln’s world-famous Cathedral and Castle, and the picturesque Bailgate and Castle Square, with its many quaint, independent shops, tapas bars, cafés, bars and restaurants. The space No. 25 is nestled above Steep Hill Wines, our own independent wine & gin merchants. The house is spread across 3 floors, which includes 3 large bedrooms all with either cathedral, castle or city views. Egyptian cotton bedding and soft fluffy towels, a very large sitting room, overlooking the iconic Steep Hill, a family bathroom, which includes a separate shower, a large functional kitchen (with dining table, range cooker), which leads to a private courtyard garden, with views of Lincoln Castle. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and its private walled courtyard garden. Other things to note The house has 2 'visitor' car park permits, which can be used to park in nearby resident parking zones. Car access is allowed down Steep Hill or nearby Wordsworth Street to offload, watch out for traffic wardens......! Public car parks are only a one minute walk away. The property is spread over 3 floors with access to each floor via a staircase, even though the stairs are quite wide and have a gradual spiral. They may be considered as restrictive to anyone with mobility needs.
