With two living areas, a separate games & lounge area, a dedicated office w/fast Wi-Fi, everyone can unwind their own way. The space The home is designed to make shared stays feel easy, with generous spaces to come together and quieter places to enjoy time apart. At the rear, the main living and dining area is where guests naturally come together. Start the day with a quiet coffee, gather around the dining table for a shared meal, or settle into the lounge for a cosy evening by the wood-fire. Open the doors to the covered garden pergola and enjoy the easy connection between indoor and outdoor living. The adjoining kitchen offers plenty of bench space for meal prep and is equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, French press, cookware and crockery. A second lounge at the front of the home catches the morning sun and provides a calm place to watch TV, read a book or unwind. Both lounges have Smart TVs for easy streaming. The separate games retreat is reached by a covered walkway and gives guests a one of a kind place to relax, with lounge seating, a pool table and table tennis for some friendly competition. The four bedrooms are arranged as follows: • Master Bedroom: King bed and Ensuite, • Bedroom 2: Queen bed, • Bedroom 3: King-single bed with a pull-out king-single trundle, • Bedroom 4: Queen bed. A second bathroom and separate toilet make the home practical when several guests are staying. The dedicated office overlooks the front garden and offers a peaceful workspace with fast Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dryer are also available for longer stays. Outside, the leafy vine-covered pergola overlooks the large, enclosed backyard and includes a gas BBQ for relaxed meals outdoors. Secure off-street parking is available behind the side gates. The main house has ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling. The separate games room is not connected to the ducted system but has its own small heater. Guest access Easy self check-in via smart lock. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be sent 24 hours before check-in. Guests can access the home via the front steps or enjoy step-free entry from the rear driveway. Other things to note Before you arrive: To help keep our property safe and secure, all guests are required to complete a short pre-arrival check-in form, provide government-issued photo ID for identity verification, and acknowledge our guest stay agreement. Once completed, you’ll receive your check-in instructions and access details. Supplies for your stay: We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, dishwashing products and laundry detergent, intended for stays of up to four nights. If you’re staying longer, please plan to purchase top-ups as needed. Pasadena Foodland and Castle Plaza are nearby for supplies. Towels and linen: Towels and bed linen are provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for you to wash and reuse them. Spare linen and towel replenishment aren’t included. For avoidance of doubt; the washing machine and dryer are available for any length of stay. Firewood: We usually have firewood and kindling available for the fireplace. Quantities can vary, so you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.
