The property is located in the picturesque village of Angonas, community of Thinaia . Its small elevation allows it to have a panoramic view of Myrtos bay, Assos and the amazing Agia Kyriaki beach. The villages unique location alleviates visitors of the dilemma between having to choose an enchanting view of the green blue sea waters or the beautiful mountain view. The space The village The village has a tavern that is sure to provide a good meal and a mini market near by where you can find all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A personal favorite of mine is the small canteen at the beach of Agia Kyriaki. Nearby you will be able to find a small port where you can eat at a well known traditional tavern or rent a boat and explore other isolated beaches around the bay. In grater detail nearby beaches include: • Agia Kyriaki o 2 km from the village o A quiet beach with a few sunbeds and a canteen with beautiful green-blue waters • Fteri o 2 km from the village o Small and quiet beach ideal for a more private experience • Myrtos o 9 km from the village o The most famous beach in Kefalonia, its unique natural beauty makes it one of the most famous beaches in Greece and the world. The turquois waters and the amazing view guarantee an unforgettable experience. The property The property measures 65 square-meters (aprox. 700 sqft) and consists of: • Two private bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. • A fully functional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. • A fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, a refrigerator and a microwave oven where you can enjoy your meals since there is also a dining table. Included are pots, pans and cooking utensils. • Finally, in the same undivided space is the sitting room. There you can find a cozy fireplace and a large sofa comfortable enough to be used as an extra bed if needed. On the outside the property is surrounded by a courtyard. In the front yard you can choose to spend your day under the natural shade of the vines or in the beautiful patio under the pergola, which happens to be an fantastic location for breakfast. The property and Kefalonia is an ideal vacation choice for couples, friends and families. Guest access The house is all at your diposal. You will enjoy a comfortable stay at a cozy house. Other things to note To make your life easy, every morning a baker with a van, passes through the village and stops at every house, providing you with bread, croissants, salty and sweet pies.
