Apartment with Pool & Wi-Fi, Just 50m from the Sea

A modern apartment on the first floor, with private wifi, and communal pool. The apartment is located in Pueblo Laguna just 50m from the beach with restaurants, the promenade, and bars very closeby. The beaches of Las Marinas are very beautiful and you can walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes or so. The urbanization is closed with the pool in front of the community. THE COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN BETWEEN JUNE 15 AND SEPTEMBER 15 ONLY. OUTSIDE OF THESE DATES THERE IS NO ACCESS. Guest access Neither Rentmojacar or their representatives can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness, emptying of swimming pool for necessary maintenance, closure of swimming pool by the community or failure of any public service supply. Other things to note Important Note: The company will not accept youth groups or bachelor and bachelorette groups. Some properties are available for couples under 25 years of age. For rentals that pay a monthly rate, please note that electricity costs (calculated using meter readings) and final cleaning/laundry (€75) are not included in the rental price, but are billed separately and paid locally at the RentMojacar office before departure. Water and internet costs are included.
