The Coach House, self catering, Victorian property

The Coach House is situated in the village of Elmswell in Suffolk, conveniently close to the A14 providing easy links to Bury St. Edmunds (16k), Cambridge and the coast. It is set in quiet gardens including orchard with 'wild' area. There is a summer house and outside chairs and table. Accommodation The bright and airy accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, one of which was the original hay loft, kitchen/dining/sitting room and new bathroom with shower enclosure. The space Accommodation The bright and airy accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. One bedroom is upstairs and all other rooms are downstairs. After a break for family reasons, The Coach House is available again for bookings from August. It will benefit from a complete bathroom renovation, fresh paint and new bedroom carpet. We look forward to welcoming new and old guests and to regaining our Superhost status with your help. Bedroom 1: This beamed room is upstairs, was once the hay loft and features a floor to ceiling window. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, television. Kitchen/dining/sitting room: The kitchen comprises units, including integrated fridge (no freezer) and two zone induction hob. The space has table and chairs, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a wall mounted television and seating for three. Please note there is no oven, dish washer or washing machine. There is a small step into the downstairs bedroom. Leading to: Bedroom 2: This dual aspect room contains a single divan bed, drawers, wardrobe, television and chair. There is a folding screen for added privacy if required. Leading to: Bathroom: A completely new bathroom comprising toilet, vanity unit and sink, rain shower with handheld attachment. Please use the engaged/vacant sign on the outside of the door if you wish to indicate whether or not in use! Guest access A drive leads you to The Coach House with private gated parking outside. Other things to note Although The Coach House does not accept pets we do have our own cat, Millie, who you may see in the garden. The garden is shared with ourselves. There is a a large open area suitable for ball games and kite flying accessed via Grove Lane which runs parallel to us off Ashfield Road.
