In a fully equipped outbuilding a stone's throw from our house, come and enjoy a real cocoon designed for your relaxation. Accessible by an atypical Japanese staircase, the cozy mezzanine hosts a warm and intimate night space. Below, enjoy a private jacuzzi, a modern shower and a toilet for a comfortable stay. Here, everything is combined for a break for two, for a weekend or a wellness break. Warm and discreet welcome by the owners The space You will stay in a small barn located on our property, fully refurbished to accommodate two people in an intimate and relaxing setting. The space consists of: - A bright ground floor, with a high ceiling, exposed beams and a warm bohemian-inspired decoration. - A private hot tub, perfect for a relaxing moment for two. - A modern and comfortable walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet area. - A kitchenette area including a mini fridge, a coffee maker, a microwave, dishes, as well as a bar table with two high chairs for your short breaks. The mezzanine, accessed by a Japanese staircase (alternating steps, narrow), houses a Japanese-style futon bed (160x200 cm), with bed linen provided. The atmosphere is intimate, ideal for rest. 📺 Television & Entertainment The home is equipped with a TV connected via Wi-Fi (no TV antenna). It is orientable and can be directed to the jacuzzi area as well as to the bed on the mezzanine, according to your desires. Guest access Guests have full private access to the outbuilding, including: - the ground floor with jacuzzi, shower, toilet and kitchenette area, - the mezzanine with the sleeping area, - as well as all the furniture and equipment made available. The jacuzzi is strictly reserved for your use throughout the stay. Access is via the main entrance of our property, via the electric gate. Parking is free, close to the accommodation. Please note that other parts of the property (main house, private garden, etc.) are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Our accommodation has some special features that make it charming, but it is important to take into account before booking: - Access to the mezzanine is via a Japanese staircase (alternating steps). It may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or who are uncomfortable with this type of staircase. - The sleeping area consists of a Japanese-style futon bed (160 x 200 cm), placed on the floor, in a low mezzanine. Intimate atmosphere assured, but not suitable if you are looking for classic bedding. - The Jacuzzi is in the heart of the accommodation, which can generate a certain level of ambient humidity. Despite good ventilation, it is normal for the room to be more humid after use, including at ground level.
